All club rides scheduled at the Monte Cristo Complex will leave the parking lot at approxiametly 9:00 a.m. Riders should meet by the state shed and be geared up and ready to go. All riders will wear a club arm band to be easily identified on the trail. Leaders and sweepers of rides will wear the club vest to identify to other club members that they are leading the ride or performing sweeping duties.
Starting times and meeting places at club rides scheduled at other destinations, other than the Monte Cristo Complex will be coordinated in advance and members will be informed via e-mail, text or telephone.
If a ride is to be cancelle, a club officer will contact the membership via e-mail, text or telephone to inform them that the ride has been cancelled. All cancelled rides will be rescheduled if possible.
